AI Training Programs for Regulatory & Quality Professionals
Under the EU AI Act, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, AI literacy is important for compliance with Article 5 on prohibited AI practices. Providers and deployers should ensure appropriate training, competence, awareness, education, and practical skills for staff involved in the design, deployment, operation, or use of AI systems, so they can recognise and avoid prohibited practices.
This should be proportionate to the role and context of use, enabling relevant persons to identify unlawful use cases early and prevent AI systems from being placed on the market, put into service, or used in breach of the Regulation.
